I’m Srinivas Kale, an IT professional with nearly two decades of experience guiding public and private sector organizations through transformative digital journeys. With a deep-seated expertise in SAP technologies, I currently serve as a Subject Matter Expert and Product Owner for SAP HCM at KPMG US. My role involves creating impactful solutions that enhance efficiency and productivity, a challenge I relish every day.

Academically, I’m pursuing an MBA from the University of Illinois at Urbana-Champaign, which complements my Master’s in Science from the Illinois Institute of Technology and my Bachelor’s in Technology from Jawaharlal Nehru Technological University in India. This academic foundation fuels my continuous learning journey, keeping me at the cutting edge of technology and data-driven solutions. I’m passionate about data analytics and visualization, working with tools like R, Alteryx, Power BI, and Tableau to turn data into actionable insights.

Outside of work, I enjoy exploring the latest tech, capturing moments through my camera, and testing my strategy skills with a good game of chess. My family is my greatest support system, and I’m especially grateful for the joy and inspiration I receive from my two incredible kids.
